Restaurant BALTHAZAR BALTHAZAR Restaurant

You can feast on the metropolitan cuisine of renowned chef Holger Zurbrüggen in the modern and elegant setting of the restaurant BALTHAZAR in Louisa’s Place. The bold dialogue between robust central European cooking and global influences is unmistakable.
Zurbrüggen, a risotto world champion and Raffles guest chef, is a virtuoso across the full range of what he cooks ‒ a range that runs from sashimi through risotto all the way to steak from the grill.
The ambience in the restaurant is open and communicative, from the tall windows looking out onto the Kurfürstendamm to the “BALTHAZAR table”, probably the longest main table in Berlin. Only here can the Balthazar dinner consisting of five to twelve courses be celebrated, and only here are guests served from the 12 litre Balthazar bottle that gives the restaurant its name. We would be happy to book a table for you. Closed Sundays
