The ambience in the restaurant is open and communicative, from the tall windows looking out onto the Kurfürstendamm to the “BALTHAZAR table”, probably the longest main table in Berlin. Only here can the Balthazar dinner consisting of five to twelve courses be celebrated, and only here are guests served from the 12 litre Balthazar bottle that gives the restaurant its name.
