Your tasks:
Technical support for our residential units
Carry out minor repairs and renovation work
Monitor building services and carry out maintenance for the residential units and the entire property
Coordinate and supervise any specialist companies that may be called in
Carry out on-site inspections
On-call service

What we’d like to see from you:
Successfully completed apprenticeship in heating/plumbing, electrical, or the skilled trades
Good general manual skills across trades
Flexibility and ability to work in a team
Class B driving licence
Good written and spoken German
